Your helper stays yours.

You can use the guide without an account. Your optional character name, UID and server, saved players and notes, roster selections, levels, Report Card counts, talent ranks and chosen target, Homeland progress and RV resources are stored in your browser's local storage. To work offline, the app also keeps copies of its main pages, scripts, images and public feature settings in this browser's cache. That cache never holds your profile, account details or character lookups.

If you connect an email in Profile, Aniimo Helper also stores an encrypted-in-transit copy of that profile in its private Supabase database so you can use another device. The email authenticates you; a public game UID cannot unlock a save. Your browser copy remains available when you sign out. You choose which copy to keep when a device first connects or two copies conflict.

If a new cloud copy includes a valid game UID and server, the Helper owner can see your character name, server, UID, and a link to the corresponding public AniimoVerse profile alongside your sign-in email. This is on by default for new cloud saves. Cloud saves made before this feature stay hidden until you choose to show them. You can change this at any time in Profile. The owner view does not include your private save, roster, Homeland layout, or notes. We do not fetch your public AniimoVerse page for this view; a link is opened only if the owner clicks it. Deleting your cloud copy also removes your character from the view.

We count public visits and a small set of tool actions in our own database, including visits without an email sign-in. A random visit ID stays in this browser tab for up to 30 idle minutes or until a new UTC day. The server stores a daily keyed hash, a broad referral category (such as Google, social, or direct/unknown), a screen-size category, and daily action counts. We do not store full URLs, queries, search terms, referrer addresses, IP addresses, your email, game UID, layout or roster in this traffic data. Private, sign-in and Profile pages are excluded. Only the project owner can see the aggregate report. Visits cannot reliably identify unique people, and are never linked to your email or player profile.

For signed-in accounts, we separately count visits to main tools and a few actions, such as opening the Homeland map or recording a job. These daily counts are linked to your email account and visible only to the project owner. In Profile, you can turn off linked usage insights and clear their history. Both kinds of usage counts keep 90 calendar days. Changing anonymous usage above does not change the account-linked setting.

If you choose to check a public character, your browser sends that player's server and UID to Aniimo Helper, which fetches the public page from AniimoVerse. Aniimo Helper does not look up characters automatically. For your own character, you can preview public level, RV, collection and exploration numbers. Matching caught species are suggested as owned, and you can uncheck them before saving or mark them Released in Aniimo. Looking up another player does not change your own progress. Opening a credited source profile also sends its UID to AniimoVerse in the link.

The Matchups page loads an interactive chart directly from Aniimo Tools. Your browser contacts that site when you open the page, but Aniimo Helper does not send it your saved roster or UID.

Tracked creature portraits load from the official Wiki's public image host. Creature and Homeland item icons, plus the server-clock icon in the shared header, load from Aniimo Tools. Your browser requests those image files directly; the saved roster, character name and UID are not included in the image URLs. If a portrait fails, an original Aniimo Helper placeholder appears.

You can export your profile as JSON from Sources & backup, delete your cloud copy from Profile, or reset the local profile at any time. Removing the cloud copy does not erase the browser copy. Contact hey@aniimo.dev to request account deletion.

If you send feedback while signed in, we store your message, chosen category, app version and the context shown in the form with your account. Only you and the Helper owner can read it. Responses appear in Your reports with an unread indicator. No save or game UID is attached automatically. Account deletion removes these reports. Guest feedback opens your mail app and follows the information you choose to send by email.
